The L-series (L6, L7, L8, L9) cover compact, mid and full-size SUV segments respectively, all sharing the same 1.5T petrol generator + electric drive architecture. Total range on a full tank and a full battery exceeds 1,000 km in most variants — buyers in our African and Latin American markets routinely report driving 800+ km between fill-ups in real-world use. The L9 is the brand's flagship: six-seat, dual-motor, and effectively the only EREV competitor to the Buick GL8 in the executive-MPV segment.
The MEGA is the brand's pure BEV — a three-row MPV with 800V architecture and 21-minute fast charge from 10-80%. It's a stronger fit for Gulf and Caribbean markets where charging infrastructure is more mature.
A practical export note: Li Auto's software-first approach means OTA updates roll out frequently. Sino Gear coordinates regional software variants — Mandarin-only navigation is replaced with English on all export VINs before delivery, and the EREV powertrain modes are pre-configured for the destination market's default fuel grade.
Lead time is typically 30-50 days. All Li Auto orders ship from the Changzhou plant via Shanghai. Container shipping is standard; the L9 fits 1 per 40' HC container; the L7/L8 fit 2 per 40' HC.
