The Tiggo series — Tiggo 4, 7, 8 and 9 — is the export workhorse. The Tiggo 8 Pro is the volume seller in most markets, a 3-row mid-size SUV with 2.0T petrol and 1.5T hybrid powertrain options. The Tiggo 9 is the brand's newer flagship with PHEV powertrain available. Smaller markets and price-sensitive buyers gravitate to the Tiggo 4 and Arrizo sedan range.
Chery's strong global presence also brings caveats: model trims and emissions specs vary significantly by export market, and not every Tiggo variant available in China is available for export to every destination. Sino Gear confirms the exact export-spec VIN against the buyer's destination customs requirements before contract.
The Omoda and Jaecoo sub-brands extend the Chery group reach into premium-design SUVs (Omoda 5, Omoda C5) and off-road SUVs (Jaecoo 7) respectively. Omoda has gained traction in European and Latin American urban markets; Jaecoo competes against Tank and Jetour in the off-road premium space.
Lead time is typically 20-45 days depending on the specific export hub and model allocation. For dealer orders of 10+ units, we route directly through Chery's Wuhu export center. For smaller orders, units are consolidated through Shanghai. Container shipping is standard.
