1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website sinogear-auto.com operated by Sino Gear Power Technology Co., Limited("Sino Gear", "we", "our"). By browsing the site or contacting us through it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who the site is for

Sino Gear sells new and used vehicles for export on a business-to-business basis to dealers, importers, fleet operators and registered companies. The site is not intended for individual retail consumers, and our standard processes (commercial invoice, packing list, container or RoRo shipping) are not designed for single-vehicle private purchases.

3. Information on the site

Vehicle photos, specifications, prices and availability shown on the site are indicative and may change without notice. Final figures are confirmed in writing in a per-order quotation or proforma invoice. The published content does not constitute a binding offer.

4. Quotations and pricing

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 7–14 days) and are subject to vehicle availability and shipping schedule at the time of order confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
• FOB and CIF prices reference the Incoterms® 2020 rules published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

5. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when the buyer signs the proforma invoice or sales contract and remits the agreed deposit (typically 30%).
• The balance is due before vessel departure or upon receipt of original shipping documents, as set out in the contract.
• Accepted payment methods: T/T (telegraphic transfer) and irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) from a reputable bank.
• All bank charges in the sender's country are borne by the sender; all bank charges in the recipient's country are borne by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping and documents

Unless the contract says otherwise, we provide the standard documentation set for the agreed Incoterm:

• Original Bill of Lading (B/L)
• Commercial invoice and packing list
• Export customs declaration copy
• Certificate of Origin / Form E (where applicable)
• Inspection certificates required by the destination market (BV, SGS, JEVIC, etc.) when included in the order

Risk and title transfer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.

7. Inspection

Every vehicle passes a structured pre-shipment quality check before loading. Third-party inspections (BV, SGS, JEVIC, or others required by your market) can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost. Once the vessel departs, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods on arrival according to the rules of the destination port.

8. Warranties and liability

Vehicles are sold "as inspected" with the manufacturer's standard warranty, where the manufacturer offers cross-border coverage. We make no separate warranty as to the resale value, suitability for any particular climate or terrain, or compliance with regulatory requirements in the destination market — the buyer is responsible for confirming homologation, emission standard, steering configuration and any other local requirements before ordering.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single shipment is capped at the contract value of that shipment, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Intellectual property

The Sino Gear name, logo and original photography on the site are our intellectual property. Vehicle photography and brand names belong to the respective manufacturers and are used here for descriptive purposes only. You may not copy or reuse our content commercially without written permission, except for normal browsing, quoting an extract with attribution, or sharing a page link.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site or its API in a way that disrupts service or circumvents pagination / rate limits.
• Use the site to send spam, phishing or malware.
• Reverse-engineer the site or attempt to access non-public areas (such as the admin interface) without authorization.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or an export shipment will be resolved by amicable consultation first; failing that, by arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing, in English, in accordance with its rules in effect at the time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
